Welcome to the Arizona National Youth in Transition Database. 

 

The National Youth in Transition Database is a national effort to better understand the experiences of youth in foster care as they transition into young adulthood. Youth who are 17 years-old are surveyed every three years and a sample of the 17 year-olds are surveyed again at 19 and 21 years-old. 

We want to include your voice!

The 19-year-old NYTD survey is LIVE and we want to speak to you! If you participated in the 17-year-old NYTD survey in 2022/2023, you may be included in the sample of those we will be surveying at age 19!

Quick survey info: 

• It’s Voluntary
• Get a $50 gift card of your choice for participating in the survey
• Takes 25 minutes to complete
• Can be completed on the phone or online
• We need your most up-to-date info to invite you to the survey. Confirm your information by clicking the button below and we’ll enter your name into our next $50 raffle drawing.
• The current survey runs between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025

By updating or confirming your contact information, you will be entered into our monthly raffle drawing for a $50 gift card of your choice; Target, Wal-Mart, or Amazon. Drawings are held once each month beginning on November 1st, 2024 and ending October 1, 2025. (Please note: You can only enter the drawing once each month.)
